We started Xiaogua Chinese to help learners finally achieve real fluency, not just memorise words or pass exams.
We kept meeting students who had studied Chinese for years and still couldn't express themselves naturally. They knew hundreds of words and had passed HSK levels, but froze in a real conversation. So we set out to build a program that teaches Chinese the way the brain actually learns best, using neuro-linguistic-based methods and personalised coaching.
The problem with how Chinese is usually taught
Most Chinese learners spend years memorising vocabulary or preparing for exams like the HSK, yet still struggle to think and speak naturally. Outdated methods leave them stuck at the intermediate plateau.
